We build rigid moulds with GRP faces or sealed timber, engineered with the right draft, venting and reinforcement so you can achieve consistent finishes and long service life. Typical features include bolted or clipped top straps, fibre‑resin joints and optional rubber‑pattern inlays where texture is required.
